Lot #227 owner since 2003

-Plan to retire with my Wife in the next 10 years or less but plan on building on the property weekends and holidays along the way starting in the next few years. Looking forward to meeting my neighbors.

Hello fellow Red Sky Ranch residents! 

Well my  plans didn't work out the way I thought . I got side tracked and ended up in Europe on my Navy job and returned with Covid on my tails in early 2020. Escaped from CA took a new job in TX with TXDOT. I'm planning on getting to my lot #227 again ~ June 2024 to continue with my fence installation and to also get to know my neighors. I am considering on putting some time into getting on committees like for the well and for roads. I'm a licensed Civil Engineer in AZ . I'm also planning a small off grid home there hopefully in the next few years.
