I am a sales representative currently with PerkinElmer. My husband and I purchased lot 207 and 2100 back in 2002. We have only visited the property once since we purchased it. We will be visiting AZ the week of June 1st and plan to be at the Board of Directors Election meeting and hope to meet some of our neighbors. We plan to retire in the next year or two and would love to build a small Casita and are very interested in hearing any recommendations about local contractors and well drillers.
